Find The Right Time:

Calm Mind:

Make Yourself Comfortable:
Comfortable during sleep is one key to more efficient sleep and not wake up in the middle of sleep can cause dizziness. Wear comfortable clothes and a thin blanket can help keep your body comfortable while napping.
Dim the Room:
